Letters sent by the Office of the Chief of Engineers in Washington to the Superintendent of the Military Academy, to other officials of the War Department, to Congressmen and other government officials, to cadets, and to private individuals concerning the administration of the Academy, the conduct and work of the cadets, applications for appointment, and other matters relating to the Academy. The larger part of the letters are to the Superintendent.
